Tandoori Specialties

The tandoori cuisine has its origin in North India. All foods are marinated in a sauce of yogurt and spices and then cooked in the tandoori oven. The yogurt evaporates leaving the meat impregnated with spices and a light lemon profume. The whole is accompanied by naan bread.
